How to send HTML email in Outlook 2007

Open Microsoft Outlook 2007
1. Under "Tools", "Options, Mail Format...
2. Select compose in this message format ... from the drop down menu, select "HTML"
3. Under Internet Format... Select Convert to HTML format
4. Uncheck the first two options in the HTML format section
5. Place the HTML email to be mailed on your computer destop. If a TXT document, change the extension to HTML
6. Open the document with Internet Explorer, ensure that Outlook 2007 is open and your default email program.
7. On the tool bar of Internet Explorer, select "page", "the Send Page by E-mail"
This should open a new email message in Outlook. Add your names in the BCC area and you are ready to go.
